What we collect
When you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your situation and what you want to achieve. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies, so we collect nothing else about your visit.
Why we use it
We use this only to read your enquiry, decide whether we can help, and reply to you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries we receive. We do not use your details for marketing, and we will not add you to any mailing list.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry while we are in contact about it. If we do not take it forward, we delete it within 12 months.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or share your information. We use reputable providers to run the site and handle our email, who process it on our behalf under contract. Some operate outside the UK, under the safeguards required by UK data protection law. That is the extent of it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to restrict or object to how we use it. Email hello@gwinva.com and we will sort it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
